RETURNS: Merchandise and copy of invoice must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, credit or exchange (shipping charges are excluded). please follow there steps:

4. Select item to be return and submit
5. After admin approve RMA, user get email with the RMA number. This number should be posted in the return box sent back
6. Admin receive return and process it: user get credit on his account or exchanged item.
Only items that was purchased in the days limit set by admin will be available for return!
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Must be reported within 7 days. damaged items will be replaced. please keep items and original box for 10 days.
